In this training you will learn about the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe® organization. Unlike a traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the basics of Scrum at the team level, this course is about the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire organization. You will learn how to plan and execute a Planning Increment (PI). A PI is the primary level in SAFe® when it comes to ensuring alignment at all levels of a SAFe® organization.

The course is facilitated by a SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) certified by Scaled Agile, Inc.
The course is interactive, combining official SAFe® training materials, practical exercises and sharing the practical experiences of the trainer with implementation of SAFe® principles in large companies operating in the Czech Republic.
A day before the course we organize later in the afternoon from 17:15 to 18:00 an optional introduction session for all the participants, where we explain the virtual environment we will use during the course and how to behave in it.

After passing the exam, the certificate is made available for download in the participant’s personal user profile in SAFE® Studio.
The respective email address of the course participant is required for registration for the online examination. This will be requested with the list of participants before the training. Activation or admission to the examination usually takes place on the last day of the training.
Certification takes place after the training and successful completion of the online examination in SAFE® Studio. The certification exam needs to be passed in 30 calendar days after course attendance.
Participation is optional. Certification exam including one year membership in SAFE® Studio can be purchased optionally with the course.
