The SAFe® for Teams training serves the intensive preparation and simulation of the so-called PI Planning Event, therefore a typical in-house training with all teams of an Agile Release Train.
In this training, you will develop all the skills to become a high-performing team member of an Agile Release Train (ART) and collaborate effectively with other teams. In two days, you will gain a deeper understanding of ART and learn what you can do to strengthen your role with Scrum, Kanban, and XP. You will learn how to write stories, break down features, plan iterations and program increments. You’ll also learn about the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, how to integrate effectively with other teams in the program, and what it takes to continuously improve the ART.
SAFe® for Teams is a certification course of the Scaled Agile, Inc. company and we provide it according to valid licence agreements. Please have a look on a course trailer provided by the Scaled Agile, Inc.

The course is facilitated by a SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) certified by Scaled Agile, Inc.
The course is interactive, combining official SAFe® training materials, practical exercises and sharing the practical experiences of the trainer with implementation of SAFe® principles in large companies operating in the Czech Republic.
A day before the course we organize later in the afternoon from 17:15 to 18:00 an optional introduction session for all the participants, where we explain the virtual environment we will use during the course and how to behave in it.

After passing the exam, the certificate is made available for download in the participant’s personal user profile in SAFE® Studio.
The respective email address of the course participant is required for registration for the online examination. This will be requested with the list of participants before the training. Activation or admission to the examination usually takes place on the last day of the training.
Certification takes place after the training and successful completion of the online examination in SAFE® Studio. The certification exam needs to be passed in 30 calendar days after course attendance.
Participation is optional. Certification exam including one year membership in SAFE® Studio can be purchased optionally with the course.
