Agile Product Management

Course Description

The Agile Product Management course allows you to discover the right mindset, skills, and tools you need to create successful products and solutions using Agile techniques – from idea to market launch.

Target Group

The training will be beneficial for individuals who are interested in following roles/functions:

• Product managers and directors of product management
• Product marketing managers, project managers, Product Owners
• VP of Product Management, Business Owners, Business Analysts
• Product leaders collaborating with product management, architects, subject matter experts, and business line managers

The following prerequisites are recommended for those who aim to take the SAFe® APM certification training exam:

• Familiarity with Agile principles and practices
• Attended at least one SAFe® course
• Background in Product or Solution Management
• Experience being a Product Manager, Product Marketer, Product Owner, Business Owner, or bringing products to market.

Online Course Organization

The course is facilitated by a SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) certified by Scaled Agile, Inc.

The course is interactive, combining official SAFe® training materials, practical exercises and sharing the practical experiences of the trainer with implementation of SAFe® principles in large companies operating in the Czech Republic.

A day before the course we organize later in the afternoon from 17:15 to 18:00 an optional introduction session for all the participants, where we explain the virtual environment we will use during the course and how to behave in it.

Certification

Optionally you can purchase together with the course a possibility to pass a certification exam. This possibility includes:

• one cost free attempt to pass the SAFe® APM certification exam within 30 calendar days from the course attendance
• one year membership for SAFE® Studio (former SAFe® Community Platform) with a lot of education resources and community forum for people who are interested in implementation of agile principles in large companies
• up to 23 PDU (PMI education requirements needed to prolongue PMP andPgMP certifications) and up to 23 SEU (Scrum Alliance C category education requirements for renewal of the CSP certification)
