D\u016fvod: m\u00edchaj\u00ed se dohromady t\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy rozhodnut\u00ed: investi\u010dn\u00ed, doru\u010dovac\u00ed a exeku\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se to sm\u00edch\u00e1, leadership sklouzne do mikromanagementu, delivery ztrat\u00ed fokus a t\u00fdmy skon\u010d\u00ed v aktivit\u011b.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"\/od-aktivity-k-toku\/\">Od aktivity k toku: pro\u010d reporting aktivity klame<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2>\u00darove\u0148 1: Investice \u2013 \u201cpro\u010d to d\u011bl\u00e1me\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Na investi\u010dn\u00ed \u00farovni se rozhoduje: co financujeme, jak\u00fd outcome \u010dek\u00e1me a kde jsou hranice MVP.
